Delivery Dates:  While delivery dates may show during and or after your checkout, the actual delivery date may vary based on the item's availability, weather conditions, customers address location from the nearest warehouse that the product ships from, and other unknown factors.  We encourage you to reach out to us via email (team@thunderoffroad.com) at any point after placing your order to confirm shipping expectations.

P.O. Boxes:  Please note; we DO NOT ship any products found within the Thunder Off Road website to a P.O. box address.  We ask that you provide a proper physical address, either residential or commercial of which we will confirm prior to processing your order.  If our customer solutions team has any questions, we will reach out to you to follow up on the address provided.

Receiving a delivery via Freight Truck: Certain items that Thunder Off Road offers, may need a commercial loading dock to receive such items.  Some examples are, but not limited to; transmissions, complete axles, axle housings, complete lift kits, and heavy duty truck parts.  If the only option to deliver items which are extremely oversized and or are extremely heavy is to a residential location, please note: the delivery address must be able to accommodate and allow accessibility of that address by a truck that may be full size, up to 53’.  If the truck does not have a powered lift gate, the only option may be to bring the products to the tail of the truck with the responsibility of the recipient to unload the items by hand.  The driver will not have the option to assist with removing the products from their trailer.

Liability and responsibility: In some cases, items may be at a weight or size that is not moveable outside of using a pallet jack, fork lift, or engine hoist.  Thunder Off Road is not liable for any damages to products once they are brought to the customers address and removed from the freight companies vehicle.  If you notice or discover any damage to the product prior to signing the proof of delivery, please make note on the freight companies copy as well as your copy of mentioned proof of delivery.  If you see any issues during the delivery process you can call our office at 888.526.1986 and we will assist with resolving them while the freight company is still present at your location.

Oversized Shipments: Certain oversized items require additional handling charges due to their extreme size, weight or because they are delivered by truck freight.  Some of those items may include wheels, tires, full suspension lift kits, transmissions, drive shafts, axle shafts, complete axles, and axle housing, to mention a few.  The customer is responsible for bringing the item(s) into their building, garage, and or home; once they arrive at your location.

Products may ship in multiple boxes, ship from multiple warehouses across the US and arrive on different days depending on the ship method.For items over a $500 value, we ask that someone over the age of 18 be at the shipping address location as a signature may be required.

Thunder Off Road standard shipping may include one of, or a combination of, UPS, FedEx Ground, DHL, LTL Freight (Less than a Full Truck Load), USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.

After a Delivery is Completed: Purchases of product through Thunder Off Road ecommerce site are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address, and Thunder Off Road, a DBA of We Lift You, Inc., is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery.
